About this Course
This programme is designed to support GPs, Practice Managers, and Administrators in effectively managing a Healthcare Practice as a Patient-Centred Business. To achieve this, it equips participants with practical tools and skills to streamline areas such as Enhanced Management Competencies, HR & Staff Management, Financial Management, Policy Implementation, and Effective Communication. The aim is to empower participants with competencies that are relevant and applicable to their everyday practice.
Unlock Opportunities With Practice Management
Essential learning outcomes include developing and implementing efficient practice policies, improving staff recruitment and management skills, understanding state schemes, grants, and income opportunities. The programme further covers practice resources, digital tools, and communication within the practice team.
Participants also explore the fundamentals of Practice Management and the Practice Management role. Further aspects of business administration include HR and staff management, finances, practice policies and resource optimisation. This course is delivered over 6 weeks through live Zoom webinars with recordings and additional on-demand materials.
The programme does not require a formal evaluation. However, upon completion, participants are awarded a Best Practice Certificate.
